Terms of Service

Suggest Page Effective date: September 15, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of Suggest Page and related Site Care services offered by Color It Company LLC (“Color It Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using Suggest Page or Site Care, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not buy or use the service.

1. Who we are

Mailing address: 500 East Hamilton Ave PMB #1116 Campbell, CA 95008 United States

2. The service

2.1 Suggest Page (Page Pack)

Suggest Page is a product that delivers static suggestion pages for your brand or project, including a public board that can display visitor ideas marked Yes, Later, or No.

Typical flow:

  1. 1. A visitor submits an idea on your suggestion page.
  2. 2. The idea is emailed to you (and/or us, as configured for your setup).
  3. 3. You (or we, under Site Care) mark the idea Yes / Later / No.
  4. 4. The public board updates from site data (for example, a data.json file) when the static site is republished.

You keep the static files. The setup is designed to be GitHub Pages–friendly (or similar static hosting). There is no visitor login wall required by the product as generally described.

2.2 Site Care

Site Care is an optional service tier that may include monthly triage and small edits drawn from ideas you have marked Approved (or equivalent Yes/approved status), subject to the exclusions in Section 2.3 and any plan description on the site or checkout.

2.3 Site Care exclusions

Site Care does not include, unless we agree in writing otherwise:

We may decline or quote separately for work outside these bounds.

2.4 Setup

After payment, we aim to set up your page within 24 hours. We typically ask for:

Delays may occur if you do not provide needed information promptly.

3. Accounts, orders, and pricing

3.1 Pricing

Current published pricing (subject to change for new purchases):

Prices do not include taxes that may apply. We may update prices for renewals or new orders; material changes will be reflected at checkout or by notice where practical.

3.2 Payment processor

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe’s terms and privacy policy also apply to payment processing. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems when Stripe Checkout or Stripe Customer Portal is used as designed.

3.3 Who may buy

You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and have authority to bind the person or organization paying for the service.

4. Delivery and customer responsibilities

4.1 What we deliver

Depending on your purchase, we deliver:

Hosting may be on your infrastructure (for example, GitHub Pages) or as otherwise agreed. You are responsible for your domain DNS, hosting account access, and keeping credentials secure.

4.2 Your responsibilities

You agree to:

4.3 Public board and visitor content

Visitor suggestions are user-generated content. You understand that public boards may display ideas and statuses you choose to publish. You are responsible for how your brand presents and responds to that content. We may remove or refuse to host content that violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Intellectual property

5.1 Your content

As between you and us, you retain ownership of:

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your supplied materials solely as needed to set up, operate, maintain, and improve your Suggest Page / Site Care deliverables and to provide the service.

5.2 Platform and our materials

We retain all rights in:

Purchase of a Page Pack generally includes a license to use the delivered static files for your suggestion page for the purchased URL/scope, subject to these Terms. You may not resell our templates or service as a competing white-label product without our written permission.

5.3 Visitor suggestions

Visitors who submit ideas do not transfer ownership of their ideas to us solely by submitting, except as stated in our policies or any notice on the form. You and we may use submitted text as needed to operate the board, email notifications, and Site Care. See also our Copyright / DMCA notice.

6. Third-party services

The service may rely on third parties such as Stripe (payments), email providers, GitHub or other static hosts, and domain registrars. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes of third parties outside our reasonable control.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those places, disclaimers apply to the fullest extent allowed.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

These limits apply regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, statute, etc.), except where prohibited by law (including certain consumer rights that cannot be waived).

9. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Color It Company LLC, its owners, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

10. Cancellation, suspension, and termination

10.1 Your cancellation

You may cancel subscription renewals via the Stripe customer portal once that portal is enabled for your purchase, or by contacting us at steven@coloritcompany.com. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refund rules.

10.2 Our suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access or refuse further service if you:

We may also discontinue the product with reasonable notice where practical. You remain responsible for fees owed through the effective termination date, subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

10.3 Effect of termination

Upon termination, licenses we granted you continue only as needed for static files already delivered and paid for, except that we may require removal of our trademarks or materials if you breach these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive (IP ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.

11. Changes to the service or Terms

We may update the service and these Terms. For material changes to Terms, we will post an updated effective date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or on the site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If you do not agree, stop using the service and cancel as described above.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.

Exclusive venue for disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise. You and we consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Optional informal resolution: Before filing a claim, please email steven@coloritcompany.com with a brief description of the dispute so we can try to resolve it.
