This Privacy Policy explains how Color It Company LLC (“Color It Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with Suggest Page (https://suggestpage.com) and related Site Care services.

We do not require visitors to create an account or log in to submit a suggestion.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are used under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), unless we update this policy and offer required choices.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small static-site product (access controls on email/hosting, Stripe-hosted checkout, limited data handling). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

CCPA categories (high level): In the past 12 months we may have collected identifiers (name, email, IP), commercial information (purchases), internet/electronic activity (site logs), and user-generated suggestion content. We collect these for the business purposes listed in Section 3.

Suggest Page is directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where required). If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We are based in the United States (California). If you access the service from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your home country.


10. Third-party links and customer sites

Suggestion pages we deliver for customers may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for those sites’ privacy practices. When customers self-host, they should publish their own notices if they collect data beyond what we process.

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or a site notice when appropriate.
