Acceptable Use Policy

Suggest Page Effective date: September 15, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to (a) customers who buy or use Suggest Page / Site Care, and (b) visitors who submit ideas or interact with suggestion boards powered by Suggest Page.

The service is operated by Color It Company LLC (“Color It Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This AUP is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Overview

You may use Suggest Page only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm us, other customers, visitors, or third parties. We may investigate suspected violations and take enforcement action as described below.

2. Rules for customers (buyers / site operators)

Customers must not:

1. Illegal use — Use the service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
2. Infringing content — Upload or instruct us to publish content that infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, publicity, or other rights.
3. Malware / harmful code — Introduce viruses, trojans, ransomware, tracking abuse, or other harmful code into sites we deliver or maintain.
4. Fraud and deception — Use suggestion pages for scams, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive marketing.
5. Harassment and hate — Operate boards primarily to harass, threaten, dox, or target people with hate or extreme abuse.
6. Spam and bulk abuse — Use the product to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to harvest contacts for spam.
7. Privacy violations — Collect sensitive personal data from visitors without a lawful basis and clear notice, or publish private information without consent.
8. Security misuse — Attempt to probe, scan, or breach our systems, Stripe, email, or hosting infrastructure beyond ordinary use.
9. Scraping abuse — Run automated scraping or high-volume automated submissions that degrade service or harvest others’ boards without permission.
10. Circumvention — Bypass usage limits, payment, or moderation controls.
11. Resale without permission — Resell or white-label our templates/service as a competing product without written permission.
12. Child exploitation — Any sexual content involving minors, or any CSAM. Zero tolerance.

Customers are responsible for reasonable moderation of their public boards and for the brand messaging on their pages.

3. Rules for visitors (suggestion submitters)

By submitting an idea or other content to a Suggest Page board, you agree not to submit:

1. Illegal content — Content that is unlawful in the United States or in your location.
2. Threats, harassment, or hate — Credible threats, stalking, harassment, or content that attacks people based on protected characteristics in a harassing way.
3. Sexual content involving minors — Strictly prohibited.
4. Malware / links to harm — Links or payloads intended to compromise devices or steal credentials.
5. Spam / advertising abuse — Irrelevant bulk promotions, SEO spam, or repeated junk submissions.
6. IP infringement — Content you do not have the right to submit (copyrighted text/images used unlawfully, etc.).
7. Private or sensitive data of others — Other people’s personal data, especially financial, medical, or identity data, without authority.
8. Impersonation — Pretending to be someone else in a misleading way.
9. Abuse of forms — Automated flooding, bots used to disrupt the board, or scraping of other visitors’ submissions.

Suggestion forms are for constructive product/site ideas related to the page’s stated purpose—not a general public dumping ground for abuse.

4. Intellectual property and brands

Do not use Suggest Page to:

Pass off another company’s brand as your own;
Publish counterfeit or clearly infringing materials;
Misuse Color It Company or Suggest Page marks except as allowed on delivered pages.

5. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe a violation has occurred (or is likely), we may take one or more actions, including:

Removing or declining to publish specific suggestions or page content;
Requiring you to edit or take down content;
Suspending Site Care or further republishing assistance;
Suspending or terminating a customer’s service without refund where permitted by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and law;
Refusing future orders;
Reporting to law enforcement or rights holders when appropriate;
Cooperating with lawful requests from authorities.

We are not obligated to monitor all boards continuously, but we may review content when reported or when we become aware of an issue.

6. Reporting

Report abuse or AUP violations to: steven@coloritcompany.com Include the page URL, a description of the issue, and screenshots or links if available.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated AUP.
